1. What Savia is

Savia Marketing ("Savia") is a marketplace connecting buyers with content-creator sellers for paid promotional deals. Savia provides the listing, deal-room, chat, and review infrastructure. Savia is not a party to any deal made between a buyer and a seller.

2. Payment is between buyer and seller

Savia never collects, holds, or transmits payment for a deal. Buyers and sellers agree on payment method and terms directly inside the deal room and settle payment outside of Savia (UPI, PayPal, bank transfer, or another method of their choosing). Savia is not a payment processor and has no visibility into whether a payment was actually made.

3. No dispute mediation

Because Savia does not hold funds in escrow, Savia does not mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes between buyers and sellers regarding payment, delivery quality, or deal terms. Users are solely responsible for resolving such disputes between themselves. Savia provides an auditable event timeline and review system to support accountability, but this is informational only, not a guarantee or an escrow mechanism.

4. Accounts and roles

Every account starts with buyer access. Users may self-activate seller access at any time. By activating seller access, you represent that any channel statistics, content, and platform links you provide are accurate.

5. Subscriptions

Savia is funded by monthly subscriptions billed through our payment processor (Paddle), acting as merchant of record. Subscriptions grant a monthly deal-request allowance and an active-listing cap as described on the pricing page. Savia never takes a percentage of any individual deal.

6. Acceptable use

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the platform. You may stop using Savia and cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Savia after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
