What we collect

Account information (email, password hash, display name, bio, niche, avatar), seller profile details you choose to add (channel stats, platform links, tagline), payment method labels and details you save for buyers/sellers to use directly with each other, listing and deal data, deal chat messages and attachments, and reviews.

Payment details

Saved payment preferences (UPI, PayPal, bank details, or other) are only ever shown to the other party inside an active (non-terminal) deal with you — never publicly, and never before a deal is active. Savia does not process payments; these details exist only so counterparties can pay each other directly.

Billing data

Subscription billing is handled by our central billing partner (Tutivsoft/Constance) on top of Paddle as merchant of record. We store your plan, subscription status, and billing identifiers needed to enforce your plan's limits — never full payment card details, which Paddle handles directly.

How we use data

To operate the marketplace: matching buyers and sellers, running the deal lifecycle, sending in-app notifications, computing reputation stats, and enforcing plan limits. We do not sell your data.

Data retention

We retain deal history, reviews, and event logs indefinitely as the auditable record the deal lifecycle depends on. You may request account deletion by emailing hello@tutivsoft.com.
