About Savia

Savia Marketing is a B2B marketplace connecting buyers (businesses looking for promotion) with sellers (content creators with an audience). One account can be both a buyer and a seller at the same time.

Credits, not commissions

Savia never touches the money that changes hands in a deal. Payment — UPI, PayPal, bank transfer, or another method — happens directly between the buyer and the seller, agreed inside the deal's private chat. Savia makes money only from small monthly subscriptions, never a cut of what you charge or pay.

Off-platform payment, on-platform accountability

Because Savia doesn't hold funds in escrow, we don't mediate payment or delivery disputes between buyers and sellers. Instead, accountability comes from a structured, auditable deal lifecycle — every status change is timestamped and logged — plus public reviews with a one-time seller right-of-reply. Read the full policy on our refund page and terms.

The deal lifecycle

A deal moves through a fixed set of states: requested, accepted, in progress, delivered, work accepted, payment sent, payment confirmed, and closed — with reject and cancel paths available along the way. Response-time and delivery-time SLA countdowns keep both sides honest about timing; the delivery countdown starts when the seller actually begins work, not at payment.

Two sides, one account

Every signup starts as a buyer with a small monthly deal-request allowance. Anyone can self-activate the seller role at any time to start listing their own paid promotions, subject to an active-listing cap based on their plan.
