Refund Policy

Subscription refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription charge on Savia. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, email billing@tutivsoft.com with your Paddle order ID and we'll refund that first charge. This is a manual process — there is no self-service refund button. Renewal charges after the first 14 days are not covered by this guarantee.

Deal payments are not covered

Savia never touches the money exchanged between a buyer and a seller in a deal. Because we're not a party to that payment, we cannot refund, reverse, or otherwise intervene in a payment made directly between a buyer and a seller. If you have a dispute about a deal payment, you'll need to resolve it directly with the other party — see our Terms for why Savia doesn't mediate these disputes.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Your plan benefits (deal-request allowance, listing cap) remain available until the end of your current billing period.
